Raiffeisen Bank

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Raiffeisen Bank Polska, S.A. as a new Foundation member and commend Raiffeisen for showing its firm commitment to investing in Corporate Social Responsibility in Poland. We will bestow our Foundation’s Gold Seal of Approval as a Socially Responsible Company on Raiffeisen Bank at our next Foundation’s CEO Breakfast to be held at the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel on October 17th.

Raiffeisen Bank Polska was established in 1991 and belongs to the Austrian Raiffeisen Group. It is 100 percent owned by Raiffeisen Bank International A.G. Raiffeisen Bank focuses on the Small and Medium Enterprise business sector, as well as large international companies. Raiffeisen attracts a large number of clients from the Polish middle class.

Raiffeisen has developed rapidly over the years, and now operates 100 locations and employs over 3000 people in its branches throughout Poland. Our Foundation is in the process of opening accounts at Raiffeisen Bank, and will notify our members when we finalize this process.

We are very proud to have this outstanding bank as a member of our network of Socially Responsible Companies, and we thank Raiffeisen’s super President and Chief Executive Officer, Piotr Czarnecki for taking this very responsible move of joining our Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility. We also welcome our Raiffeisen Banking Specialist, Grzegorz Wodarski to the Foundation and thank him for helping us transition our banking relationship.
