It is with great pleasure that we announce that one of Poland’s most successful real estate investment companies, Integrated Finance Group (IFG), has become a new member of our Foundation. We will welcome Integrated Finance to the Foundation and present our Gold Seal of Approval as a Socially Responsible Company to IFG Owner and President George Mula at our Fall CEO Breakfast on October 17th at the Warsaw Sheraton Hotel.

Integrated Finance Group (“IFG”) is an independent real estate investment company dedicated primarily to the Polish marketplace. It is wholly owned by George Mula who has been active in Poland for over 20 years.

IFG invests in all sectors of the real estate market. IFG investments have included the first institutional office investment located outside the Polish Capital of Warsaw, and a retail repositioning and residential project in Southern Poland.

By far the largest volume of investment has been through a long term partnership with Europa Capital LLP with successful investments such as the Hotel Jan III Sobieski, City Point, the largest logistics center in metropolitan Warsaw; Eagle, a Retail investment platform and MT Development a Residential Developer in Warsaw.

Most recently IFG has formed a joint venture with Blackstone and has begun to buy shopping centers throughout Poland. The Joint Venture is about to announce a new brand called "King's Street Retail," which has already completed three deals, with a value of Euro 300 million. It is anticipated that the value should increase to half a billion euro by the end of the year. It is likely that King Street Retail will become one of the largest owners of retail real estate in Poland, or perhaps the entire Region. This would make King Street Retail one of the most significant employers in the region, and provide numerous communities with shopping and entertainment opportunities locally.

George Mula has been a friend and supporter of our Foundation for many years, and we are delighted to welcome him as a new Foundation member.

affect positive social change through corporate philantropy. Collectively, and with the financial suport of KFC,
we have fed over 4 million hot meals (60,000 per month) to some of Poland’s most need children. Our mission is to lesd the business
community in rasing the level and quality of corporate social responsibility.
