United Business Development, a human capital holding group, has consulted for hundreds of companies in Central and Eastern Europe with the purpose of implementing robust strategies that meet major business needs and deliver tangible operational and financial results to their clients.  The UDB mission is to deliver business solutions which are proven through global empirical research.  UBD uses consulting skills, facilitation and organization skills, and training in local languages, as a catalyst for business transformation.

We are especially delighted to welcome Peter Strupp, President of the Board and co-founder of United Business Development to the Foundation.  Prior to founding UBD, he was Chief Executive Officer of Randstad Sp. z o.o. (Intersource TempService) which became one of the largest recruitment and staffing companies in Poland. He has also acted as adviser to AchieveGlobal training company for the past eight years. Prior to Intersource, Mr. Strupp was Adviser to the President of Bank Rozwoju Eksportu S.A. and was a Commercial Banker with Constellation Bancorp in the United States. He has a B.A. degree in History from The George Washington University, and is a Management graduate from the Harvard Business School.

Within the next three years, the UBD strategy anticipates a consolidation of their position as a leader within the markets where they are already present by opening four new divisions that would complete and develop the range of services that we offer to their customers and aims to a regional expansion in Ukraine, Turkey, Serbia, Slovenia and Croatia.
