It is with great pleasure that we announce that TKG Polska, a leading commercial real estate development company, has become a member of the Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility, and has been awarded our Gold Seal of Approval as a socially responsible company.
 
TKG has been in the commercial real estate development business in the United States since 1984 and in Poland since 1994.  They develop warehouses, manufacturing buildings, suburban office buildings and research and development buildings.  They have developed buildings in the United States for such companies as Synpep Corporation, Varian Associates, KLA Tencor, publicly traded Robotics Company, and Mitsubishi Corporation.
 
In Poland, TKG developed the Stolica Business Center which is leased 100% to United Parcel Service, the Warsaw Distribution Center in the center of Warsaw, and the Ozarow Business Center located 15 Km west of downtown Warsaw.
 
TKG operations in Poland are under the leadership of a great guy named Brian Burrough.  Brian is most anxious to become active in our Foundation’s activities and is looking forward to attending our Thrid Annual Dinner Dance on November 7th.  We are proud to have TKG as a Foundation member, and welcome another outstanding company to our Foundation’s roles.
