Statoil is one of the world’s largest suppliers of crude oil and is a major supplier of oil and natural gas to the European market. They have experienced substantial industrial activity and operate more than 1,803 service stations in Scandinavia, Poland, the Baltic States and Russia.
Of special interest to our Foundation, Statoil is one of the world’s most environmentally efficient producers and transporters of oil and gas in the world. Their goal is to create value for their owners through profitable and safe operations, and sustainable business development without causing harm to people or to the environment.
Statoil in Poland is among the largest foreign companies on the Polish petrol market. Operations in this country are conducted through Statoil Polska. The Polish subsidiary has over 250 service stations in operation, including 166 company-owned outlets and 2.900 employees.
We welcome the support of Statoil and we look forward to working closely with them in making life better in Poland for a large number of needy children.
