It is with great pleasure that we welcome Quinlan Private Golub (QPG) as our newest member of the Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility. QPG is a leading real estate group, and the largest real estate developer, investor and asset manager in the CEE region. Quinlan Private Golub acts as a principal and advisor, in originating, structuring, financing, developing and managing a diversified portfolio of assets. Its major focus is on residential, retail and mixed-use projects in the CEE region. In Poland, the company is the developer or co-developer of the following high-profile projects: Forum Gliwice, Galeria Podlaska, Koszyki, Oakland Park, Warsaw Financial Center, Warsaw Corporate Center, Wi¶niowy Business Park Building F and the International Business Center I & II.
The company is a joint-venture between Quinlan Private, an Irish independent private client advisory group, and Golub & Company, an international real estate developer and investment company based out of Chicago. Golub & Company has been operating in the region since the early 90’s and has completed a number of projects including one of its first, the Warsaw Financial Center.
Quinlan Private is a leading international real estate and investment advisory group. The company was established in 1989 as Ireland’s first independent private client advisory group. Quinlan Private has been operating in the Central and Eastern European region since the late 1990s. It first invested in 1998 in the Four Seasons Hotel in Budapest. Today, total assets under management are in the order of EUR 6 billion. In 2005, Quinlan Private received the ‘International Achievement’ award for its role in the acquisition of The Savoy.
We are delighted to have the largest real estate developer, investor and asset manager in the CEE region as member of our Foundation, and we are looking forward to a long era of working with QPG to help feed some of Poland’s most needy children. We are especially grateful to Magda Lipko Cieliczko, Marketing Manager of QPG, for bringing our Foundation to the attention of QPG. Magda has been a big supporter of the Foundation for quite some time, and we look forward to continuing our working relationship with her in her present role.
