It is with great pride that we announce that the ODITK Company has become a member of the Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility, and is entitled to display our Foundation’s Gold Seal of Approval as a Socially Responsible Company.  It was 25 years ago this year that a group of academicians from the University of Gdansk and the Technical University of Gdansk first established ODITK to help Polish companies in the field of Management.  We can imagine how difficult it had to be in 1981 for these budding entrepreneurs to establish themselves and gain the confidence of their fellow countrymen during the Communist era in Poland.

But they did just that…  They persisted and grew spreading free market ideas and concepts throughout this state controlled society.  Once they reached the top they stayed there and are considered by most to be the leading training company in Poland.  Part of ODITK’s success stemmed from its own ability to change along with the changing Poland.  They adjusted, modified, adapted and succeeded.  

Although much has changed in the Polish business environment in the past 25 years, ODITK adapted well to all changes by realizing new ideas and educational projects and extending the range of their products. However, the mission of the company has remained the same.  The purpose of ODITK’s existence is to offer clients help and support in the development of their management staffs as a way of becoming successful by turning them into modern, effective companies and by gaining competitive advantage.  How many companies can list over 6500 training programs with 800 companies?

ODITK has a 60-person interdisciplinary training staff, 30 of which are trainer/consultants that cooperate with ODITK on a daily basis.  ODITK can be proud of the following awards:

1999 – Most Valuable Management Training Company – HR Managers in Poland

2001 – Best Training Company in Poland in Management and Quality – Data Group Research Company

2003 – Laureate of the 6th Edition of the European Medal for Service for Project Management – Business Center Club and the European Integration Committee.  This success was repeated in 2005, when ODITK again became a laureate of the 10th Edition of the European Medal for Service.

2004 – The only Polish Management Training Company to be a Partner of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
