Corporate Social Responsibility is the lynchpin of Kompania Piwowarska according to Managing Director Karl Lippert. “It is my profound belief that the activities of Kompania Piwowarska cannot be limited to making profits and earning money. We are members of a wider community – Poznań, Tychy, Białystok and all the towns where our branches are located. We also feel part of the entire Polish community, through our products, which reach all corners of Poland, but also through our contribution to the domestic economy.
Our work has an effect on all these communities and on the whole economy, on the labor market, the foodstuffs market, the natural environment, and also the condition of the state budget, for which we are an important partner. Besides this, we remain constantly aware of the influence we have, through the decisions we make today, on the lives of future generations, which have the right to a clean environment, to be born in a clean, healthy and prosperous country.
By pursuing our activities in an honest, ethical and responsible way, we have the chance to win the gratitude not only of our staff and the consumers of our excellent products, but of all our fellow Polish citizens. This responsibility requires great vision and sensitivity: for this reason, we strive at every turn to ensure that others regard us not as troublesome neighbors, but rather as partners by choice.”
We thank the great folks at Kompania Piwowarska for joining us in our efforts to eliminate corruption and hunger in Poland. |
